WENDEL and FARLEY

Norm has captured the essence of our dog, Wendel perfectly in his portrait. Wendel's gaze seems to follow, and look deep into you as if he knows something that you don't. It is a look that we saw daily for 10 years and miss very much now. Norm said that he felt a connection to Wendel when working on his portrait; that is the mark of a true artist, being able to communicate on another level with their subject and put that connection forward on the canvas. SEA TURTLE

We liked the Sea Turtle painting from the moment that we saw it on Norm's site. The colours on the turtle specifically stood out. When we visited the studio to pick up a commissioned painting and viewed the Sea Turtle in person we were sold. Now that we have the Sea Turtle displayed in our home we appreciated the vibrancy of the colours in not only the turtle but also in the water in the background. Various angles that you view the painting in and changes in lighting bring out more colours and shading. We are very happy with our Sea Turtle.
